Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups unbleached all-purpose or bread flour
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 cups lukewarm water made by mixing 1.5 cups cold water with 0.5 cup boiling water
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp SAF Instant Yeast
  • 2 tbsp butter room temperature
